Adhesive promoter for nanoimprint lithography

DT-T14 is an adhesion promoter developed for the nanoimprint lithography process. It can effectively enhance the adhesion of acrylate-based UV imprint adhesives to substrates such as silicon wafers, quartz, glass, and specially treated PET/PC, thereby improving the quality and yield of transferred products. It is easy to use, and after adhesion promotion, the cross-cut test result of the nanoimprint adhesive layer generally reaches 5B.
