Template adhesive

DT-RM5966 is a self-anti-adhesive transfer stencil adhesive composed of fluorinated acrylate resin. The sub-stencils prepared from it can be used for repeated product transfer without any treatment, which greatly simplifies the process flow. This stencil adhesive has good universality and can be applied to the transfer of nano and micro structures. It features excellent resolution, replication accuracy and good demolding performance, and maintains dimensional stability after multiple transfers.
